Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
EditURLink is a link-shortening service operated by Sweet Images Ltd("Sweet Images", "we", "us", "our"). When you use the service you are contracting with Sweet Images Ltd. By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
The service lets you create short, custom-named links that redirect to a destination URL you choose, and provides related features such as click analytics, QR codes, UTM parameters and bulk link creation, depending on your plan.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have authority to bind your organisation.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not:
- use it for anything unlawful, or to link to unlawful content;
- use it for fraud, phishing, spam or deceptive redirects;
- link to content that infringes intellectual property rights;
- introduce malware, probe or attack the service or other systems, or scrape the service;
- reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent plan limits.
We may remove links or content that breach these rules and may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations.
5. Intellectual property
Sweet Images Ltd retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You grant us a limited licence to host and process the destination URLs and content you submit solely to provide the service.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans (Starter and Growth) are billed as recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
7. Service level and warranties
We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Indemnity
You indemnify Sweet Images Ltd against claims arising from content you link to, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
10. Termination and your data
When your account ends, your short links stop resolving and your data may be deleted after a reasonable period. You may delete individual links at any time from your dashboard.
11. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
- Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- We may update these terms; continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
