We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on EditURLink subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or contact our support team and we'll help you. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies to your purchase.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your billing portal (linked from your dashboard) or via paddle.net. After cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again.
